Coskun (1950) crée depuis quarante ans une oeuvre taillée dans la masse qui concentre dans la représentation du corps les intentions abouties et expérimentales de la figure humaine.

Il s'inscrit dans le contexte particulier des créateurs qui renouvellent la sculpture dans l'esprit de l'indépendance filiale ouverte par Germaine Richier (1902-1959) autour de l'humanité affectée.
