The story of Maison Devaux is remarkable. Set between the Jura and Épernay, this book takes readers on a journey through the epic saga of a family of sparkling-wine makers who, from the mid-19th century onward, helped carry the name of Champagne around the world.

What began as a family story became a story of many families when, at the end of the 20th century, the baton was passed to a group of winegrowers : L'Union Auboise.

A new identity was then forged around the Côte des Bar. Convinced of the quality of this still little-known terroir, the teams at Maison Devaux helped reveal it to lovers of fine wines through the finesse of their technical expertise and their commitment to serving as true ambassadors of the region.
